Evidencia is live: a platform built in the field

After months of development and conversations with many experts across different fields, we are pleased to announce that Evidencia is officially live.

I designed this tool as a former internal investigator, not as a software vendor. Every feature starts from a situation I have lived in the field.

The starting point

Ask a compliance officer or an investigation manager how their alerts are managed. The answer rarely fits in a single tool: a dedicated mailbox for reports, a shared spreadsheet for tracking or a case management tool, files scattered across the Drive, interview summaries written in Word and stored who knows where.

The outcome, I saw it regularly. Information lost, processing timelines stretching, evidence sometimes hard to trace back.

One example among many: a harassment report received by email, handled in parallel by three people, none of them with the full picture. Three months and a job change later, the same difficulty reconstructing who knew what, and when. Every investigator has been through a situation like this.

What happens now

The platform is live, and the team keeps enriching it every week based on field feedback.
