Evidencia on the SaaS Invaders podcast: handling sensitive reports with confidence
Our CEO, Julien Mascaro, was the guest of episode #10 of SaaS Invaders, Cobana's podcast for SaaS founders. In fifteen minutes, he looks back at how Evidencia came to be and what drives us.

The episode is in French.
From internal investigations to building Evidencia
Evidencia wasn't born from a market study, but from a real need. When Julien was working on internal investigations at a large French company, he couldn't find any report management tool on the market that truly met the needs of the job. So he built his own, in-house. Then came the turning point: turning that tool into a real product, and launching it with a co-founder rather than alone.
What we talk about
- How the project started: Julien discusses how the project got off the ground, his motivations and what drives him every day.
- Confidentiality as a core value: on topics as sensitive as fraud, harassment or corruption, we chose to build a sovereign platform, hosted on French and European servers, with AI powered by Mistral rather than American tools.
- Building a community of internal investigators: the profession is still loosely structured in France, unlike in the English-speaking world. We want to help raise its profile, in particular through dedicated events.
Thank you, SaaS Invaders
Many thanks to the Cobana team for having us, and for this conversation about change management and making internal investigations accessible to companies of all sizes.
